Delete your Puyama account
You can request deletion of your Puyama account and the personal data associated with it.
Option 1 — In the Puyama app
If the account-deletion control is available in your installed version, open Puyama, go to your account/settings area and choose the account-deletion option. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your Puyama account. Use the subject Puyama Account Deletion Request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before the request is completed.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or de-identify account information and user content associated with the account where reasonably possible, including profile data and Puyama relationship-management data linked to that account.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, abuse prevention or backup integrity. Information shared with another user may also remain where that other user's copy is necessary to preserve their communication history, subject to applicable law.
